Who we are

Educare Staffing was established in December 2013 after identifying that there was a high need in specialist recruitment and temporary staffing solutions throughout South and West Yorkshire.

Our recruitment standards

In order to be successful at Educare Staffing, we do require you to possess 3 month’s experience within a support worker role, preferably with learning disabilities.

A driving license is desirable but not essential – Please refer to the person specification for more information.

Learning and development

At Educare Staffing we offer the opportunity to complete an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, this is a free service however terms and conditions apply – Should you require more information please speak to one of our HR assistants.

We also offer the opportunity to develop into a senior care position by placing you on medication courses and in more responsible roles.


You must be able to demonstrate references that cover at least 5 years of employment history. Should you lack this aspect then please discuss this with our HR assistants. All references must be professional.

You are also given a guaranteed hours contract and can choose where you want to work.

The application process

After we have received your application, one of our HR assistants will screen your details and employment history. Should you fit our criteria then our HR assistant will contact you to arrange an interview.

After confirming an interview you will receive our application form and this needs to be completed and returned before your interview date. Attached to the interview invitation email will be a list of documents you will be required to bring in order to prove your right to work.

At the interview we will go through your CV and ask you various interview questions to determine whether you will be suitable for our roles. At the interview you will also have an opportunity to ask any questions you have.

Should you be successful you will have a dedicated compliance administrator working on your file, they will arrange your training which is free of charge and after all the compliance has been received, you will attend our company induction.
