Our service is accessible to you 365 days of the year and we endeavour to offer continuity of our staff, but also understand that on occasions when regular staff are absent for any reason it is important that you are fully informed. From the moment you decide you may need short term support to help recover from an illness or injury, or you have come to the stage in your life when you may need longer term assistance to remain living your life independently, we are here to help. Our highly trained customer service assessor will be your first point of contact, together we will develop a plan of support which will enable us to fully understand your requirements and agreement on how we can best meet these.


We are as flexible as you need us to be, supporting you in a respectful, professional and very non-intrusive manner. We understand that we are only a small part of your life and work discreetly so that you may maintain your chosen lifestyle without too much interruption from ourselves. Our assessor will also be happy to investigate on your behalf, any other issues that may be concerning you as well as any other complimentary community services available in your area and connect you to an appropriate expert. From the time you choose Educare Staffing Ltd as your support provider, you can rely on us to be there for you.

Our Staff are our future

Educare Staffing Ltd clients rightly expect the highest standards and these are delivered and maintained by the high calibre of people we employ. Our staff are identified by their smart discreet uniforms as well as their easy to read ID Badges.


All employees are subject to enhanced DBS checks and a rigorous recruitment process. Staff benefit from ongoing assessment, observations and training. The dedicated management team listens to staff and build effective working relationships.  During the interview process candidates are asked to supply a comprehensive employment record as well as education record, any gaps in employment are explored and identified. All successful candidates must have two work references as well as verbal references on record before they are passed for training.

Educare Staffing Ltd.’s training is delivered in house by our fully qualified trainer. All training is evaluated on a regular basis to show effectiveness and updated as required and all carers and support staff are required to attend update training annually, as well as specialist training depending on their client group, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS and MN.

All staff are subject to regular supervisions and yearly appraisals, where training needs and extra support may be identified and rectified.
