Dave is a real professional with a career in the staffing sector that has seen him rise from trainee to Educare’s founder.

He cut his teeth in health and social care and quickly worked his way up to recruitment consultant. His attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed and took him into a number of high level positions where he made a name for winning high volume contracts.

With a real understanding of the need for high quality service Dave became aware of a market need for a genuine and dedicated provider of short notice staffing. He also embraced the benefits that technology could bring to improve service levels and so Educare was born.

Earning recognition for delivering on promises and going the extra mile Educare has quickly gained preferred supplier status to both large and niche care providers throughout the Northern region. Having set out as a sole practitioner Dave has continued to grow his team which now includes staff members across all the key business disciplines and has expanded the operation into larger premises as demand for its services has grown.

A licence from the Care Quality Commission is just the latest recognition of the emphasis that Dave places on proper systems and procedure and now enables the company to support the staffing needs of Community Care providers.
