Temporary to Permanent Recruitment Our Temp2Perm solution assists you to assess a candidate throughout the initial temporary period before committing to a permanent offer of employment. Better more, the fee structure is spread over the period and no block fee’s are payable at the end of the temporary period.

How does it work?

Firstly, you will notify us of your needs, job role, full/part time hours and salary. More importantly, we will obtain a true picture of your ideal candidate. Our resourcing team will then create a shortlist of candidates to be presented to you for approval. Those candidates you feel meet the standard will then be asked to attend an interview session with you. Those or the one that you chose to appoint will then undergo our internal recruitment process. This process includes mandatory training, DBS checks, ID verification and employment verification checks. Once a candidate or a selection of candidate(s) has met and completed our rigorous recruitment process, we will then agree a start date which will be the start of the temporary period. The temporary period is not set in stone and can be adapted to your individual requirements. Once this period has ended, the staff member will then transfer to your establishment permanently.
